Milestones

The nightly dataset and the fetch and select commands work. Drafting comes next.

1. M0

   Evaluation set

   Planned

   Build 10 to 20 past commit clusters with the post each should have produced. No prompt tuning happens before this exists.

2. M1

   Fetch and select

   Done

   Download and archive the dataset, drop used and trivial commits, and rank the rest. Dry-run output only.

3. M2

   Story drafts for tweets

   Planned

   Draft tweets from one story, with SHA-checked claims, sources, and hook visuals taken from the diff.

4. M3

   Blog drafts and theme mode

   Planned

   Blog posts in story and theme modes, agent-brain retrieval, and quality checks for theme posts.

5. M4

   Review and approve

   Planned

   A fast daily review command, approve and mark-used steps, and two weeks of daily use before anything changes.

Out of scope for now: auto-posting, scheduling, analytics, and drafting from private repositories.
